606—Joan Marsh

It is with a heavy heart to report that our dear friend and colleague from Brooks/Cole, Joan Marsh, is facing a challenge she cannot conquer alone. Joan has been diagnosed with late stage lung cancer, and is once again modeling her incredible strength of spirit in response.

This challenge is increased by the huge financial gaps her Medicare insurance coverage has left. As of now, the out-of-pocket expenses have totaled $29,000 and it’s anticipated that they will amount to $50,000+.

Her family has set up a website giving more details:

Please visit the site and make a contribution if you can.

She was lovely. Humorous and generous. I think she found a deep spiritual happiness in her last years.
